The essential thing to know about Yoga Nidra is that because it connects intentionally to the unconscious mind, it can help to heal and release blockages that you might not be aware of or that have been persistent challenges in your life.
In this series we will learn and practice Yoga Nidra, the art and science of deep relaxation, the portal to inner wisdom and clarity. We will combine our practice of Yoga Nidra with self inquiry through visual and written journaling. The results may surprise you as answers to some of your deepest inquites emerge.
